If you are having some trouble using your access code, the information below may be helpful.
If your code shows invalid:
- Please get a screenshot of your code error if it shows as invalid. We may also need your course ID or course key used to register as well as your email address used to redeem the code. Once you provide a rep that info we can escalate to our digital team.
It says I need a course key:
- We do not have course ID's, course links, or class keys. Generally, these are included in your LMS, in the syllabus or provided via email from the instructor. If the you do not have your course key, please contact your instructor. If your instructor indicates they don't have the link or ID, let us know. We can send an inquiry to the school and assist you with course setup if necessary.
Code says already redeemed:
- If you are getting an "already used" error, please attempt to sign in or reset your password. If that does not work, please contact a customer service rep for assistance.
