In order to return your rental(s) on or before the due date, please follow these instructions:

1. Sign in to your My Account page.
2. Select Manage My Rentals/Returns and select Return My Rental for Free to see all of your active rentals.
3. Click the box next to the book(s) you want to return.
4. Choose Print Label & Complete Return.
5. Print and attach your prepaid UPS return label to your package and place the packing slip inside the package.
6. Drop off your package at a UPS location - avoid drop boxes, as they aren't serviced regularly.
7. To prevent replacement charges, make sure your rental package is in transit before the rental period ends. Keep your tracking receipt as proof.
