If you receive the following error:
To fix this error:
- Log into your account.
- Select the My Profile option at the top of the page.
- Select Edit next to institution info. You can update your school from there.
- If you're prompted for a password, or you see the message "Batch is Closed" please be sure to add the entire code, including all numbers and letters.
- List Excelsior ADN as the institution.
