If you're living outside the U.S. and can't place an order for course materials, this is due to copyright restrictions. Don't worry—eCampus can place the order for you by following these steps.
Important Requirements:
- You must use a VPN to access your course materials and set your VPN target country location with US servers. If you don’t have a VPN, you must purchase one and set the location to US.
- Both billing and shipping addresses must be US-based addresses.
- Exception: Students at APO (Army Post Office) or FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses are exempt from these requirements.
Step 1: Set Up Your Bookstore Account
Before contacting eCampus, make sure you have an online bookstore account:
- Go to the Student Portal
- Select the Bookstore link.
- You'll be logged in automatically and your account will be created
Step 2: Gather Required Information
Have the following information ready before contacting customer service:
Course Information:
- Term (example: Summer 1 2025)
- Course code (example: IND 101)
- Title of material (example: Excelsior University, Foundations)
Personal Information:
- Email address
- Full name as it appears on your credit card
- Billing address
- Phone number with country code
Payment Information:
- Card number
- Expiration date
- Security code
Step 3: Contact eCampus Customer Service
- Visit the eCampus Customer Service page to start a chat
- Tell them you are an international student attending Excelsior University and need them to place an order for you
- Provide the information you gathered in Step 2
- They will guide you through the ordering process
Tip: Having all your information from Step 2 ready will make the process much faster and smoother.
