Buy Used:

• May contain highlighting, writing, or margin notes.
• Supplements (access cards, CDs) usually not included.
• Contact customer service if unsatisfied with condition.

Buy New:

• Includes all supplements (access cards, CDs, software).
• If the school requires the item to be in “new-only” condition, there will be a note letting you know.

eBooks:

• Available as online or downloadable versions.
• Same content as print textbooks.
• Returns and refunds have strict limitations.
• Supplementary content (DVDs, CD ROMs) usually not included.
• Online viewing often has a specific subscription time frame.
• Usually available within one to two hours in Digital Bookshelf section of My Account.

Rent:

• Must be returned at the end of the rental period.
• You are responsible for remembering rental return date.
• Use FREE UPS label for return shipments to avoid extra charges.
• Extensions available for 15 to 130 days for an additional fee.
• Option to purchase rental book via My Account.

Marketplace:

• Third-party sellers list inventory through Marketplace.
• Purchase directly from Marketplace or your Online Bookstore.
• Payment processed by Online Bookstore; banking info not shared with sellers.
• Book vouchers can be used for Marketplace orders if funds are available
